David joined GAPPS in 2025 as Associate Director and became Executive Director in 2026. Before joining GAPPS, he served in teaching, coaching, and athletic administration at Rock Springs Christian Academy (2018–2022), CrossPointe Christian Academy (2022–2023), and Trinity Christian School Griffin (2023–2025). His roles included Athletic Director, Head Football Coach, and Teacher. During that time, he also served as a representative on the GAPPS Athletic Committee.

David holds a Master of Education from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Gordon State College. He also holds K–12 Administrator Certification through the League of Christian Schools.

David brings a lifelong connection to Christian education and has devoted his career to serving its students and schools. He and his family reside in Griffin, Georgia.
